We enjoy changing our menu every two weeks to keep ourselves and our costumers engaged in a seasonal experience. By doing so we are able to play and experiment with a variety of thoughtfully sourced ingredients and recipes. One of our main focus and interest is “la panificazione" (the process of making bread). We are commited to serve our sandwiches on bread baked daily in house. Our food is the result of a blend of our Italian family recipes, with some Tuscan traditional dishes like “il 5 e 5” (the panino with torta di ceci and grilled eggplant, a classic of the Costa Tirrenica and the main impulse behind this food truck project), local ingredients and a good dose of experimentation. https://www.sorbupdx.com/menu daily 0.75 2025-12-09
